Returns & Refunds

If you need to return your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery exclusions apply.

To send items back to us you’ll need a returns form. You should have received one in your parcel.

You can return most items to us, using any postal service of your choice. However, the delivery charges for any returns have to be paid by the customer.

Our returns policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from your date of purchase, to return your item to us for a refund or exchange.

Please include a completed returns form with your package. If you didn’t receive a returns form with your order, you can include a handwritten notice with your name, contact number, order number, reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or exchange and if an exchange, the requested replacement item(s).

The following items may not be returned for refund or exchange, unless faulty: Wigs, Ponytails or items with a hygiene seal or label, if the seal or label is broken, or has been tampered with.

If the price of the replacement item is different from your original product, we will apply a credit, or contact you to obtain the additional payment as appropriate.

All items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition. Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any items.

We reserve the right to deduct amounts from refunds, up to the full value, where unwanted items show signs of use or unreasonable handling and are deemed not to be resalable.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

You will need to cover all costs of returning any items to us.

We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us

Refunds

Once we have received your return which can take up to 10 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed.

We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed once it has been received by us.

Refunds will ONLY be credited to the original method of payment.

Damaged OR Faulty Goods

Unfortunately manufacturing faults and damaged goods during transit do occasionally occur. Any damaged or faulty goods received must be reported to customer services via email within 3 working days, after this time Glama Hair & Beauty will not be liable for the goods. Once we have been notified a replacement or refund will be arranged. However, the faulty or damaged item will have to be returned.

Missing Items

Any missing Items must be reported to customer services via email within 3 working days, after this time Glama Hair & Beauty will not be liable for the missing goods. Once we have been notified an initial investigation will take place and the customer will be notified of the outcome.

Cancel or change your order

Cancelling your order:

Cancellation before order dispatched: Notify Customer Services via email.

Once payment has been processed orders cannot be stopped. You have 14 days to notify customer services via email to cancel your order

In order to cancel your order you will be required to return your parcel within 28 days.

For returning the goods the returns policy will apply

Changing delivery information for your order:

Unfortunately this is not possible once the order has been placed.

Adding items to your order:

Before Order Dispatched: Notify Customer Services via email.

Order Dispatched: Please place a new order for these items.

Your Order has been cancelled:

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for a number of reasons

Product Unavailability:

Occasionally we have to cancel orders when we have sold out of the relevant products.

Failed Security Checks:

Orders may also be cancelled if security checks are failed; there are multiple reasons this can occur.

If your order has been cancelled you will be sent an email confirmation.

Order confirmation

Upon placing your order you will receive an email order confirmation.

Please save or print your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Throughout the order process you will continue to receive regular email updates.

We will send you an email when your order has been despatched.
