Use of Website
You may access the Website solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content of the Website for any commercial or illegal purpose.
You take responsibility for access to your computer or mobile device and you will maintain your account and password confidential and to the extent permissible by law, you accept responsibility for the activities that occur under your account or password.
Limitations of Liability
You agree that your order is an offer to purchase products from GLAMA HAIR & BEAUTY Limited (in respect of orders for delivery to an address in the UK). All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you.
After submitting an order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us.
Please note that this email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will not take place unless and until the earlier of the date on which we (i) receive payment in full, or (ii) dispatch the products to you.
All products prices quoted on the website will be exclusive of delivery. Our website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure.However, we reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order.
If you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card you’ll be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you’ll find further instructions when you process your first order.
All credit or debit card are subject to payment verification and authorisation by your card issuer.If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. Glama Hair & Beauty will not accept responsibility if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch your order in accordance with the estimated delivery times stated, delivery times are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such.
Standard Delivery to addresses within the UK.
Standard Delivery orders will be delivered by one of our couriers. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day and delivered the next working day after.
Glama Hair & Beauty will not be responsible for any delivery chosen by the customer to be Non-Trackable. It is entirely the customer risk to choose this delivery option.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery to addresses within the UK.
Next Day Delivery orders will be delivered 1 business day after dispatch, excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday & any public holidays.
Note: A signature may be required on delivery of your order.
Glama Hair & Beauty will not refund delivery costs in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control.
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from your date of purchase, to return your item to us for a refund or exchange.
The following items may not be returned for refund or exchange, unless faulty: Wigs, Ponytails or items with a hygiene seal or label, if the seal or label is broken, or has been tampered with.
If the price of the replacement item is different from your original product, we will apply a credit, or contact you to obtain the additional payment as appropriate.
All items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition. Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any items.
We reserve the right to deduct amounts from refunds, up to the full value, where unwanted items show signs of use or unreasonable handling and are deemed not to be resalable.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed once it has been received by us.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
You will need to cover all costs of returning any items to us.
We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
Cancellation before order dispatched: Notify Customer Services via email.
Cancellation after order dispatched: You have 14 days to notify customer services via email to cancel your order and return all items to us for a full refund.
For returning the goods the returns policy will apply.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Unfortunately manufacturing faults and damaged goods during transit do occasionally occur. Any damaged or faulty goods received must be reported to customer services via email within 3 working days, after this time Glama Hair & Beauty will not be liable for the goods. Once we have been notified a replacement or refund will be arranged. However, the faulty or damaged item will have to be returned.
Please include a completed returns form with your package. If you didn’t receive a returns form with your order, you can include a handwritten notice with your name, contact number, order number, reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or exchange and if an exchange, the requested replacement item(s).
